Two Virgin London Marathon 2013 Places up for Grabs for Group Leaders!

Earlier this year Run England announced new online resources - funded by Sport England - to help group leaders manage their groups more effectively, and now we’re offering the incentive of two guaranteed Virgin London Marathon 2013 places for group leaders to make use of the new online system.
To enter the ballot you must:
- Be a registered Run England group leader. More on registering a group here (you need to hold a valid and current UKA recognised licence to lead a group).
- Be an active group leader for a group with 10 or more members. To be eligible, let us know that you actively lead a group of 10 or more members by logging in at www.runengland.org/login and adding your group members to your group’s register. If you’re having trouble, download instructions here.
- Be over the age of 16.
- Send a very brief email with your full name, group name (exactly as it appears at www.runengland.org/groups) and contact details to runengland-online@englandathletics.org to notify Run England of your intention to be included in the ballot.
The competition will run until midnight on 25 January. Only group leaders who have satisfied the above criteria by this date will be eligible to win. We’ll contact the two lucky winners immediately after the closing date.
Remember, ensuring you have an accurate record of your members’ runs is an important part of being a group leader both in terms of managing your members' running effectively and having accurate records in the unlikely event something does go wrong. If you need support with administering your group you can contact us at groups@englandathletics.org.
Important: We ask that winners respond as quickly as possible (by midnight on 31 January at the latest) if they wish to accept their prize. Failure to respond by this time may mean that the prize gets offered to somebody else. The prize is a guaranteed place in the Virgin London Marathon 2013, but winners will still be expected to pay the standard entry fee. Click here for full terms and conditions for our competitions.
