Badbury Rings car park (off the B3082)

The route starts and finishes at Badbury Rings car park next to the Iron Age hill fort.
 
From Badbury Rings car park head south towards the main road (B3082)
Turn left before the road following the grass path alongside Beech Avenue heading south east. At the half mile point (marked) turn back along Beech Avenue to finish where you started.                                                                 Grid Reference: Beech Avenue ST 95976 03056
Terrain is unstable and rough in parts. Lanscape is rolling and scenic and takes in stunning National Trust features of the Badbury Rings and Beech Avenue.                                                                                                                               Dogs welcome, but must be kept on a lead when close to traffic.
