Join #run2workday on Thursday 5 June and see how easy it is to run to or from work, whether all or part of the way, get fit and healthy, and save money which can be donated to charity.

Running to work is quicker than you think – for example, in London, it takes on average just 27 minutes at a slow jog to get from London’s 8 mainline train stations to any Zone 1 tube station.  For the quicker runners among you, it will take on average just 15 minutes.

Olympians Perri Shakes-Drayton and Hannah England have backed the nationwide campaign and Run England are encouraging all our running groups and members to sign up and join in #run2workday on Thursday 5 June at www.run2work.com/run2work-day and put in the first Thursday of each month this summer as your #run2workday!
