Visit Run England at the Virgin London Marathon Expo

If you're at the Virgin London Marathon Expo this week, come and say hi! New members signing up at the Expo will be entered into a prize draw!

We're on hand to talk running, help you deal with those pre-race nerves and advise you on how you can continue running and improve your fitness by joining a running group once you've recovered from Sunday!

Even if you're not running in the race on Sunday, if you're interested in running we'd love to meet you.

We're at stand no. 132 from 10am-8pm during the week and 9am-5pm on Saturday and will be giving out info about how you can get the most out of your running, or how best to get started if you're a complete beginner. We'll also be giving out the usual freebees and anyone who joins Run England at the Expo will be entered into a daily prize draw to win a pair of Sennheiser headphones!

In fact, we've already awarded one pair of Sennheiser headphones to Lyndsey Van Praag from Fulham, London, who signed up on Wednesday! Congratulations Lyndsey!

The Expo includes a huge array of stands from manufacturers, brands and publications such as Sweatshop and Athletics Weekly and is well worth a visit for any fitness fanatic!
