About this run route
Start / Finish
Start at the National Trust hut at the entrance from Valley Road (or from Coronation Avenue)
The route is marked with painted purple arrows and markers on wooden posts.
It is a circular route. The route is flat and undulating on even paths.
The woodland route is an attractive place to run, offering protection from the wind and the rain in bad weather and respite from the warmer temperatures and the sun during the summer.
Please be aware of aware of bikes travelling at speed throughout the woodland.
Please report any accidents to the Forestry Commission.
