Kent Sports News, an online sports news website, recently caught up with local Run Kent Activator,Lucy Tomlinson, to find out about the running phenomenon that is sweeping the county.

Run Kent is part of the national Run England programme and Lucy was keen to share the reasons why people take up running and what to do to help them get started.  She explained that research shows that we’re more likely to stick with a new exercise regime if we do it with other people.

Lucy hopes the publicity through Kent Sports News and other media outlets will encourage even more people to take up running in Kent.
