A year on from the Paralympics - demand high for Glasgow 2014 tickets

The London 2012 Paralympic Games began one year ago, and already we're looking forward to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games where there will also be plenty of Para-Sport events.

Tickets are on sale for Glasgow 2014 where you will be able to support the England athletes in action in Hampden Park and on the Glasgow City Marathon course.

Although demand has been very high, the public has until 16 September to get applications in for tickets, after which point there will be a draw to decide allocations.

The Commonwealth Games will be a fantastic opportunity to see one of the biggest track and field team's England has ever sent to a Commonwealth Games compete against some of the best athletes from around the world, and will no doubt inspire many more people to get involved with athletics.
