Get your place in the Capital Runners Bushy Park 10K and train with an Olympian!

The Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust have teamed up with Run England for the Capital Runners Bushy Park 10K organised by Nice Work on the 1st September 2013.
Aimed for beginners and intermediate runners, the event perfect for those having not ran a 10K event before. As a bonus, those running will also be invited to a running master class from one of the Trust’s World Class Athletes.
The event is held in the 2nd largest of London’s Royal Parks which is widely regarded as the most picturesque. The terrain is a mixture of paths, firm grass and road making it easy underfoot, you will also be chip timed allowing you to get an accurate time for your 10K. In addition, the event is perfect for all friends and families to come along to support you as the course allows viewing at a number of locations.
There are no registration fees so your place is completely free and there is a fundraising target of £150, you will also receive full training and fundraising support directly from the DKH Legacy Trust.
