From the Leisure Centre we take Panfield Lane before turning right into Sunnyside. At Rayne Road we turn right before heading into Rayne.
At the pub, we turn right into Shalford Road before a left turn into Pods Lane. Straight over into Gatewoods Lane and we're on the Flitch Way, heading back towards Braintree. We take left alleyway to bring us to Clare Road and Francis Road before finally using the alleyway to return to the Leisure Centre.
