An undulating run on grass and tarmac path. One loop equals 1 kilometer approx. The run is 3 loops of Gold Hill Common. Sometimes includes the wooded copse ( off-road) for fun and variety. Beginners / Novices can choose to do 1, 2 or 3 loops depending on fitness level/ability. An ideal starter run/jog.
