Buckshaw Parkway Railway Station

Flatish 5ish K easy run

Leave the carpark through the rear gate, head under the bridge and take the path to Central Avenue

Turn left and continue on Central Avenue to the Blue Bin

Turn left and follow the path passing the grass triangle to Charnock Farm on the A49

Turn right and take the A49 to the traffics lights at Dawson Lane

Turn right and continue on Dawson Lane past the garage up to the Green Man

Cross at the Green man traffic lights and turn right

Follow Central Avenue all the way to the big roundabout and turn left towards The Warhorse

Cross at the pelican

**Continue to The Warhorse and left onto Ordnance Road road and return to the carpark passing Tesco on the right

**If you want a slightly shorter route, continue straight at the pelican, passing Nana Jan’s and Tesco on the left
