This is the Reddi Runners short hill session. We run approx 1 mile (slowly) from AV park to the bottom of Ipsley church lane. (This is the warm up) Then we start the hill session. We do sone exercises on the hill then we do some reps & relays on the hill before our cool down run back to AV park where we finish the session off with a stretch off. The route is pretty flat with one hill which we use for the session. The whole session is about 3.5miles.
