This is the Reddi Runners long hill session. We start at Arrow Valley Park & have a warm up run to the bottom of Easemore rd we then go up & down the hill twice with a few little exercises on the way up (sometimes) its 3/4 of a mile up the hill. Then a cool down run back to AV park before ending the session with a stretch off. A fairly flat route with one big hill. So we run it twice. About 4.5miles for this session
