Reddi Runners 1/4 mile splits it one of our speed endurance sessions. We start of with a warm up then we get straight into the splits. We run 6x14mile splits with a static rest in between. As this is an all abilities group we rest untill everyone his. We stagger the starts so that the slower runners go first & the faster runners go behind. This sets up the session like a handicap run which works well for an all abilities group. We time each split to keep a record.
