Reddi Runners 1/2 mile splits is another one of our speed endurance sessions. We start of with a warm up run then we get straight into the splits. We run 4x 1/2 mile splits timed & recorded for future reference. The main focus of the session is to try & keep all your splits within 10 seconds of each other. We have a static rest in between each split untill everyone has there breathe back. We the have a cool down run back to the visitors center where we finish the session off with a stretch off.
