Head up the Parade from Pump Room Gardens, turn right then left onto Kenilworth Road. Continue along as far as Northumberland Ave, turn left here. Take a right turn onto Beverley Road and follow the road to the end, turn right onto Guys Cliffe Rd. After 15 mins of running turn around and head back along the same route.
