Reddi Runners continuous run is development session. The aim of this session is to show our runners how much they have developed over the last few months or to identify a start point for our new runners. We start with a warm up run then we get straight into the main run. We run laps of Arrow Valley lake for 1hr at a continuous speed where you can keep running continuously. The aim of this session is to indicate how much a runner has improved or to indicate the start point for a new runners fitness.
