Session starting from the lower prom at Whitley bay links. Each ability group is set off along the prom. At the first slope to the beach, the group take slope to the beach and run along the sand to the next ramp back to the prom and then continue along the prom till the next slop back to the beach. This pattern is repeated until each groups time has run out. Then repeated in reverse back to the start
