Our Wednesday run is a social 5k around the Harbour, followed by some stretches and an optional group photo. We are pace inclusive. That means we don't have any expectations around pace or speed. It is on faster runners to loop to keep the group together, we want to keep this a social run and not a race! All will be explained to new members 😊.
