Starting at Pembroke Beach, make your way towards the Golf club. Following the road around and over the hill. At the bottom of the hill at the cross roads turn left and carry on towards Woodies. Turn right onto the path by Woodies and follow the path with Ladies Bay on your right to the next kiosk by Vale Church. At 15minutes, return to start.
