If so, this run is for you. Off-road running can be a really fun, playful way to keep your motivation through the colder months.
We'll be taking in an off-road loop from the entrance of Holders Lane car park, stopping to play around on different terrains and try out some tips and tricks for getting the most out of mud. Take this at your pace and build your confidence off-road.
Suitable for absolute beginners. Trail shoes are advised. This route is not suitable for spikes, but if you wish to bring them along to change into and try them out at the end of the run then please do.
