There are two routes in Oak road which both start and finish in the same place.
Route 1, 1 mile,
This route is a 1 mile rectangle which goes around the the edge of the park. The route starts on a concrete/chalk path and thnen goes onto grass. There are no hills on the route resulting in a flat route.
Route 2, 1.5 mile,
This route starts at the same point as route one on a concrete/chalk path and where route 1 takes its first left, this route turns right. Continuing on a concrte/chalk path this route then does a lap of the fishing pond which then leads back onto route 1. This route then follows route 1 back to the finish. Agin this route is flat and is on both concrete/chalk and grass.
