Route 1 is a flat route around the main park, easily accessible by all members of the community due to the tarmac paths, very slight inclines and no steps.
Route 2 is along an unsurfaced pathway which is uneven can be muddy in wet weather.
There are barriers at the bridge over the river to be aware of.
At the House on the right go around the grass roundabout to return to the park.
At the end of the route there is an outdoor gym, which can be incorporated into an exercise regime.
The perimeter path around the park is narrow so care is needed around other users.
Toilets available at weekends, accessible toilets are available on a RADAR Key.
The layout and usage of the marked 3-2-1 running routes is the responsibility of the local authority or further education establishment that purchases the route marking signs and usual health and safety and duty of care considerations should be followed in laying out open, even-surfaced, easy-to-follow, safe, accurate, well lit routes at all times - with the landowner’s permission. RunTogether will not provide materials with which to attach the markers.
