Longford Park Outbuilding

Starting in Longford Park by the outbuilding Windmill Rd entrance carpark. Heading through the park, over the bridge towards Sledmere Close, turning left onto the Aldermans Green Road. Cross over the Aldermans Green Road continuing up the Aldermans Green service Road, through Wyken Slough nature reserve, where we take a left turn onto a light trail section running past the horses. Exit the trail section by the M6 motorway bridge, heading towards Tusseys bridge for a run along the Oxford canal to Sutton Stop. Left onto Grange Road retuning back to Longford Park to complete the 5k loop.
