Penwood

The start of the route is located just off the old village hall car park (Heath lands) near to the recycling centre.  There is a large sign with a map of the route near the start.

The route is predominantly along a cleared pathway through woodland.  Potential hazards include tree roots, slippery and muddy ground and falling deadwood on windy days.  There are a set of steps into and out of a ditch which would make this route unsuitable for wheelchair or pushchair users.

There are several wooden activity stations available for use along the route.  There are no benches available along the route.
