Langstone Harbour - 5k

Large gravel car park. Access from the Eastern Road shortly after the Harvester restaurant.

A flat, multi terrain route with wonderful views of Langstone Harbour. Following the waterside footpath we head south passing the Peoples Memorial, Frog Lake, Duck Lake & Swan Lake before we reach our turn around point at Milton Sea Lock. We then head north back along the footpath towards the car park lapping around Swan Lake to make up the distance to 5k. With plenty of opportunities to use loop backs this route is ideal for those looking to improve their distance & pace as well as those looking to run and chat!
