This a 2km loop which starts and finishes at the cafe in the park. It is suitable for most users, utilising tarmac paths and is well lit with benches along the route. There is an incline near Ladywell Road but this section can be avoided for a slighter shorter route. The cafe opens daily from approx 11.30am.
On Thursday-Monday toilets are available when the park is open and the other days the toilets are available when the cafe is open.
