The routes around Kingsbury Water Park offer flat and scenic routes circular routes that skirt around the lakes and ponds of the park. The paths are well maintained and are mostly compacted surfaces. In some places the paths cross private roads within the park, but traffic is minimal. In one or two places the paths can become a little muddy in places, but generally the paths are of a smooth, even surface. There is ample parking, entrance to Kingsbury Park is free, but there is a parking fee of £3.50.
Beginner runners should try either Route 1 that takes in the Bodymoor Heath or Route 2 that skirts the lake.
Improvers wanting to get a couple of miles under their belt should try Route 3 (1 & 2 combined).
