The flat even paths in John Coles Park make this route user friendly for buggy runners and wheelchair users.
Look out for the grey stone distance markers at ground level  along the route which will tell you how well you're doing.
The main entrance to the Park is from Malmesbury Road. Here you will find the information board with details of the 1K route and its alternatives.
There is limited parking in the small car park off Park Lane.
Please note the park is open to the public from 8am to dusk, or to 4pm in the winter months.
