Setting off from the park, we run out onto Holderness Road towards the city centre. We turn right onto Mount Pleasant and run to the roundabout, turning right onto Dansom Lane and following the road round to James Reckitt Avenue. We then run along the avenue to the entrance to the park close to Malet Lambert School. Once in the park, we follow the lake, dodging the giant pike, and then wind through the paths to take us to nearly 10k. A nice route for a summer's evening
