About this run route

‘Rock up and run’; notice board beside the children’s play area
This is a one mile route which starts and finishes at the eastern end of this large, attractive park.
It is suitable for all users and follows level, tarmac or paved pathways that are mostly tree-lined.
There are a good number of benches. Toilets are in the rotunda pavilion at the centre of the route.
