As much as possible, follows the various footpaths out along the canal until turning off just after the A43 flyover near Sixfields, then across the footpaths to Swan Valley. Turns right on the road in Swan Valley to return across the fields to Upton Country Park. Pick up the river path to return to Delapre.
Post run refreshments usually at the Giggling Sausage cafe on London Road or the cafe in Delapre (at time of writing (Apr 17) unsure if open yet)
