On leaving Delapre follows the roads and picks up the towpath on the Grand Union Canal heading west. Cross over the Canal and River just after the A43; run round Upton Country Park before heading back past Sixfields and down the river path.
Post run refreshments usually at the Giggling Sausage cafe on London Road or the cafe in Delapre (at time of writing (Apr 17) unsure if open yet)
