Debdale Park – Next to the Tennis Courts

The Debdale Park 3-2-1 route comprises of three separate easy access, accurately marked and enjoyable routes of varying distances. All three routes start and finish in the same place in the main hub of the park by the tennis courts. The routes are relatively flat and use the main paths within and around the outside of the park.

Route 2 heads out of the corner of the park towards Hyde Road and then takes a sharp left turn along Debdale lane. This is a private road and has a gate across but is passable for pedestrians. This road is also very uneven and loose underfoot. The route then turns left and runs between the two reservoirs on a slightly uneven gravel path. The route then turns left again running along the side of the reservoir on a narrow dirt track before joining a wide gravel path leading through the car park and kissing gates back into the park and following the paths back to the finish.
