This course starts from just opposite Tesco in Buckshaw, runs up Buckshaw Hill to the A6, turns right at the top towards the next roundabout, cross here and head towards and then over the M61 junction, dropping onto the canal near Botany bay, turn left along the Canal and take the old canal spur. to town lane, left at the road and continue back along town lane, left and up Lucas lane on the left after the M 61 underpass. This brings you to the A6, turn left until you get to the Seaview Hotel and then drop back down Buckshaw hill retracing steps back to Tesco.
