Starting from Hallgate Car Park, up to Derian House and to the top of Hospital Hill. cross the road and up the A6 to Buckshaw Brow, cross at the Seaview and up the A6 , across Moss Lane and to Lucas Lane. Down Lucas Lane , right when it meets the road and cross the roiad . under the M61 and to the top of the underpass by the houses, All cross here onto the Canal Spur. down the canal to David LLoyds, back up Moss Lane to the A6 and then retrace the route back to the car Park.
Those who want a shorter route can head back to the park at the top of hospital hill , like last week or continue up the A6 or they can continue up the A6 with everyone else and turn back at the top of Moss Lane or Lucas Lane and do an out and back from there.( approx. 4.2 / 5km respectively)
