Starts from Astley Hall , through the park, left up to the Hospital , across the M61 and then drops onto the canal, up the canal spur and down Lucas Lane back to the A6, left down the A6 , cross at the Sea View pub and at the hospital and back to the Hallgate car park via Derian House cut through.
