Start from Astley Hall, through the park and up the A6 to the hospital, down the hill then down Euxton Lane to the A49, return to Astley Hall via the Southport road to Tesco Roundabout and back through the village.
Please ONLY cross the roads at pelican lights or recognised crossing points and be very aware of traffic on side roads and main roads as you will be running on some paths close to the roads edge.
