Starting out through the village, through the estates by St. Michaels to Euxton lane, cross at the hospital , up the A6 to Buckshaw Hill, down and through Buckshaw, left over the railway bridge and back to the Hallgate car park past Runshaw college .
Please ONLY cross the roads at pelican lights or recognised crossing points and be very aware of traffic on side roads and main roads as you will be running on some paths close to the roads edge.
