Malthouse Farm Car Park above Premier Inn

starting from the Malthouse Farm car park, head down the canal past Botany Bay, up to the Lock and Quay, cross the road down bagginley Lane onmto FGroom Street, and then following country lanes and paths to , up Cardiac Hill Opposite Higher House Lane, to the Church. Down Chapel Lane , over the main road and onto the old Blackburn road and up to the Golden Lion, left down the hill next to the pub to the canal and then left back to the car park running alongside the canal

Please ONLY cross the roads at pelican lights or recognised crossing points and be very aware of traffic on side roads and main roads as you will be running on some paths close to the roads edge.
