On grassy verge bordering Alderminster Road near the Charterhouse Drive Pond
This is a beginner walk/run route. The warm-up and warm-down may also include some mobility and bodyweight strength exercises. We initially use a short loop (400-600m) on the paths that go around Charterhouse Pond so groups can more easily stay together and, once the group is more experienced, we use a variety of quiet local roads.
