Just passed the Workington Leisure Centre Car Park.
This route is one that is used for the Cumberland AC Learn to Run Course.
We will walk from the Cricket Club to the starting point at the end of the Leisure center car park
It is an out and back route which is well lit. It is mainly flat and ran on pavements.
There are some roads to cross which will be done all together. The group is to muster together before crossing the roads. When encountering other pavement users show respect and keep as far left as is possible.
