A lovely 5km run which takes in the stunning scenery of this Northumberland bay.
Starting from the car park, the run heads around to the harbour (on the footpaths) before joining the beach at the north end of the bay. We then run south down the beach to enjoy the full sweep of the bay before turning inland at the 'Long Nanny' river. Regrouping at the little wooden bridge, the run then turns north to return to the car park via the rugged dunes and the Beadnell Bay Caravan park (road).
