A traffic free run along the tow path following the river to and over Barnes footbridge and back. A mix of tarmac and compacted gravel. There may be puddles after rain and high tides. On winter evenings there are dark sections and a head torch is recommended . There is one road to cross at Barnes bridge and this can be done via the Zebra crossing.
