About this run route

Start / Finish

A challenging, single 5km loop which is made up of wide, solid surface pathways.  This route will take you up towards the north side of the forest and past Lodge Pond, where the local kingfishers and heron have been known to frequent.  Before you finish the loop there’s a lung-burning climb up Timberline Hill.  Be sure to look left into the Glenbervie Meadow to see if you can spot the nightjar who come here to nest.
