Lickey End Recreation Ground

A fun session where the group run together. Starting all at the same time we run out as far as we can go for 3.5 minutes, the whistle blows and we turn around and race back arriving back in 3.5 minutes. We then repeat for 3 minutes, 2.5 minutes, 2 minutes and so on. The idea is to go out slow and steady and race back not letting those fast ones beat us!

In theory everyone should arrive back at the same time!
