Start at village hall, run down front street until you hit the roundabout at Parkhill. Go right, then take the gravel pass on the left. At the end of the path go left, down into Bowburn. Left again at the T-junction and up the hill into Bowburn. Left again, over the A1 and back up to the village hall.
