Work in Liverpool? Get fit in your lunchbreak with Fitness Mile

If you work in Liverpool and fancy getting fit with some friends in the fresh air during your lunch break, then you’re in luck!
The Run! City (Liverpool) team are working with the University of Liverpool to bring a Fitness Mile Event to Liverpool on 2 July 2014. Why not come along and get involved?
#GetGoing is Liverpool's own beginner running campaign and as part of England Athletics' commitment to helping to get the city on the move we are delivering a Fitness Mile Event at the University of Liverpool's Sport and Fitness Centre in the city (L69 7ZN) from 12pm until 2pm.
There will also be a prize draw to win a £25 Natterjack Running voucher on offer for all those coming along! The event is designed to cater for staff of local businesses to be able to come along and get active in their lunch hour on the Fitness Mile course.
Advice and information will be available on how to improve your running and a wide range of professionals from the running, fitness and well-being world including Natterjack Running (running specialist based in Liverpool), Fitness Trainers from UOL Sport & Fitness Centre, Slimming World Representatives will be on hand to help you get started!
