Run/ Jeff from Clemo road , cross at the bollards , down to Pengover road,
Left down Higher lux to the road sign then back up.
Cross road down Greenbank road to crossing at old Barclays . Back up to Tremeddan lane, right and do a loop of lux park (Coldstyle road) right into Culverland rd and cross here over to the Trevethan meadows estate. Back onto Callington rd cross at bollards after BP garage and turn left back onto Pengover rd back to the car park.
