With less than a month to go until our next #RunAndTalk week (6th - 12th October), we're keen to get lots of sessions live for new and existing runners to book onto. This can be one of your regular sessions that you invite us to promote within the campaign or a special one-off session.

You simply need to list your session on your group page (as usual) then add the tag #RunAndTalk. Thank you, in advance, for helping us to help more people to run AND talk!
